Error when exporting full book to HTML

Hi,
I have just updated from version 4 to the latest available and I can't export the full html book. I get this error:

Hello,
This is a major bug, it occurs when the table of contents is generated. Do you have several parts in your book? It looks like one of your chapters has no link to a part, or you've deleted a part while chapters are linked.
